Sad News: MTN Stopped The Cheapest Tarriff Plan True Talk+

This is more like a sad news because Etisalat pioneer this movement of the cheapest tariff plan called Easy Life 4.0 before MTN follow suite with MTN TrueTalk Plus which gives you access to call all network in Nigeria for as low as 11kobo per second, 20kb to UK and environs. With this package, you’ll actually know the real value of your money.

The bad news is that MTN decided to stop this package by rolling out a customer unfriendly SMS that “Dear Customer, MTN TruTalk+ plan is no longer available. But you can get more value on MTN trueTalk with 100% on every N100 and above.”

I don’t know what prompted this DE-forbidden stoppage but this is absolutely not customer friendly. Why introduced it in the first place when you can’t maintain it?
