Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S7 on February 21, a day before the
MWC at its Unpacked 2016 event. Before that date arrives, the rumor mill
has been stunning.
There have been several leaks about the design of the upcoming
smartphone, the latest leak comes from Russia and has got everyone
talking.
It
is said that Samsung Galaxy S7 will last two days on a single charge.
Eldar Murtazin, a Russian Blogger claims he got 17 hours usage while
playing video with the screen brightness at 100%.
To prove his
point, he posted screenshots using the dual-SIM variant of the Galaxy
S7. He claims the phone can last up to two days running on 4G LTE and
display brightness at 75%. All of these happened on a single charge.
While
there is no way to confirm the legitimacy of this story, it is said
that the Galaxy S7 will come with 3500mAh battery capacity, an optimized
OS for efficient battery life and a new chip, the Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 that will provide lower thermal emission and improved battery life.
