Infinix kept to their promise and OTA updates is gradually rolling out to most of their devices. last week, OTA update was released for Hot 4 and now there is Android 7.1.1 Nougat OTA update available for Infinix Zero 4 Plus.
Before you upgrade, make sure you are not rooted or simply unroot if you are rooted. The OTA upgrade is about 1.67GB. You can use 9Mobile timely data plans to upgrade it or the use the best option available for you.
To Upgrade, follow the steps below;
>> Go to Settings from your phone.
>> Tap on "About Phone".
>> Tap on "System Update".
>> Now, tap on "Download and Install".
>> Then wait for the download to complete
>> Click on install and you are good to go
>> Tap on "About Phone".
>> Tap on "System Update".
>> Now, tap on "Download and Install".
>> Then wait for the download to complete
>> Click on install and you are good to go
Wait for the process to complete and Android 7.1.1 Nougat with latest XOSv2.1 will be smiling at you.
There is a lot of advantage upgrading to Nougat. To the rest infinix users who haven’t gotten Android 7.1 Nougat update, be calm because it will soon get to you.
